Our Warranty System

Lowest Price Guarantee: Computer Solutions guarantees that we provide the lowest cost labor rate of any computer repair service in our area. If another repair service provides a lower priced estimate for labor, we will match their labor estimate, as well as give a 5% discount off of the total labor cost. NOTE: this guarantee applies only when competitor’s labor estimates are provided in writing (such as via a printed advertisement, or written estimate), and are provided to our technician before work is performed.

1 Year Warranty: Computer Solutions warranties all parts provided by us for 1 year from the date of installation unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers cost of replacement parts, and the labor necessary to replace the parts (if a part we have provided turns out to be defective). In cases where the part is still covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, the original manufacturers warranty coverage supercedes our warranty coverage.
